The stay here was pleasant for one night. The hotel's location was handy, short walk to Easy to get to. Plus, Benton County Court House was at a medium distance from the venue. The room was well-appointed and brand-new and had private bathroom plus a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge. The bed was great, as were the pillows.

Got a double room with comfortable beds and modern decor and the blinds as expected. Appreciated that it was large.

The location for Kennewick was great, next to restaurants and shopping and downtown. Also, it was 2 miles from Bateman Island. We were greeted by super-friendly, pleasant staff. A lot of food for breakfast, it was good.

My room included central heating, flat-screen television, and a microwave oven. Good and handy position was an added bonus. Easily reached Carl's Jr, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Clean hotel with a super-friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms. Nice building and rooms even with the blinds open. Quick check-in, late check-out. Great pool to relax in too. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location for Kennewick, near to major commercial center, Kennewick, and many restaurants and the Mall.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful location in a fairly quiet area, close to a business park removed from downtown, and a great restaurant for dinner. Nearby The Pub - great place to chill out.

The staff at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western were friendly and accommodating. They kept the entryway clear of snow during a snowstorm, which made it easier for us and our pet to come and go. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were absolutely delicious.
